2. Services Provided

SteviEmpowerment Coaching offers life coaching services focused on addiction recovery, personal empowerment, and self-development. Our services include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• The Struggling Addict's Blueprint for Recovery program
• Addiction 101 educational series
• Free discovery calls
• Digital resources and downloadable materials

Important: Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare professional or call 911 immediately.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and before any session or program content has been accessed.
• Missed appointments without 24-hour advance notice may be forfeited without refund.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much advance notice as possible.

5. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and communications are treated as confidential. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, and downloadable resources — is the property of SteviEmpowerment Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific expectations or that results will be achieved. Individual outcomes vary based on personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.
