As a life coach, I pride myself in my expertise and ability to motivate and empower others to find solutions to their problems and create meaning in their lives. My decision to learn about the behaviors of people and understand the reasons why many are prone to addiction, is my passion. My research and education have enlightened me to the complexities of addiction, and how addiction contributes to a self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, and negatively affects relationships. It is appropriate to understand what Victor Frankl, a holocaust survivor and psychiatrist meant when he stated, “The motivational force of an individual is to find meaning in life.”

The power of human connection is a guiding principle we focus on as we move past fear and pain. If we are able to forgive ourselves through self-care strategies, show gratitude towards family, friends, and the people we come in contact in our daily lives, we can create happiness and purpose in our lives to overcome burdensome addictions. By embracing our strengths and being in service to others, we can transform our suffering into a source of growth and prosperity.
